Refund policy

At Vanose, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@Vanose.com. We will provide you with details on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
